It achieved everything it set out to do, in a way agreeable to both of us.
Improvment implies a problem to be fixed; there were no problems.
If you plan to sleep, bring something to put over your eyes.

Cheap. Not crowdy.
Toilets can be cleaner, I could smell toilets on the second floor. It was very cold in the bus. There was no option to decrease AC.
To take warm blanket

It's a cheap trip and a very direct route. Pretty good timing all things considered and a relatively quiet trip.
It would be great if you DO NOT offer wifi and entertainment without any kind of guarantees. We booked this trip with expressed expectation of being able to use WIFI to work throughout the day. We didn't even get one second of wifi and had to ice down any work we were...More
DO NOT take these buses if you 'expect' to get work done through the internet/wifi. Not even a mention from staff that wifi wasn't an option.

Bus rest stop actually near food I can eat and a Starbucks too.
Pack snacks and water, it wouldn’t hurt to pack you lunch, download a few good movies and you’ll be set.
