Pros: All ok. Cons: Ticket pricing for that time of the day ...was rather high. If the front 2 rows seats are not occupied after the ride starts, seniors should be offered those seats to move to. Tips: Peter pan buses are good.

Pros: It was a pretty quiet bus ride. Cons: The driver from Hartford Connecticut to NY did not do any communication at all, why it got more than one hour delay to arrive in NY, would appreciate in future if they tell us why he is driving through New Jersey? Tips: No.

Pros: We were delayed 2 hours. Still unsure why, other than bus has broken down and there is NOTHING the bus driver can do. No alternatives even though another Peter Pan bus drive through going to NY. Anyway service was ok but please communicate better when there's a fault. Cons: Communicate better when there's a problem. I'd like to know what's available in the area - can we get off the bus, where's the outdoor bathroom, is there food in the area, are there alternatives, etc! Getting the bus driver onto the bus saying bus broken and nothing I can do. Sorry! Thats just not enough! I don't want money just more information. And if there's a broken bus could you at least offer some water? It's pretty bad you can't train your team to be a little empathetic. Tips: Tell me there's a toilet on the bus.

Pros: Trip was too short because I could not affired hotel prices. I likevto go for longer days. Cons: There are ppl who come smelling like Marijuana. Unfortunately in both trips I experienced that with Flex and panda. Since the windows weren't going to be opened thst made me very uncomfortable. Maybe you should tell everybody that they cant bored if they smell like Marijuana.

Pros: It was a nicer bus than previously experienced. Pretty good over all experience for a bus. Cons: I could appreciate the urgency - but would have liked a rest stop. Tips: Pack snacks. Also I didn’t know there was WiFi.

Pros: Bus is not crowded. Trip arrived early which is a plus. Announcer is strict and enforces use of headphones and keeping noise level down. Cons: Wifi was spotty or non-existent. Tips: Bring entertainment for long bus rides, or good time to sleep.

bus was late & the bathroom smelled horribly & stunk up the whole bus. many guests inconsiderate in terms of volume on phone, eating loudly, etc. also no outlets on bus.

Pros: Smooth and quick. Cons: Driver pulled over to silence the bus that was pretty quiet and dark already. Tips: None.
