Headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts, the company provides affordable and comfortable bus trips to 42 destinations across Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia. On average, Peter Pan transports more than four million passengers every year.

Founded in 1933, Peter Pan Bus Lines has remained a family business since its creation. It started out as a small transit company running one route between Northampton, MA and Boston, MA with a fleet of four 1933 Buick jitney vehicles, and quickly expanded over the following decades to become the leading ground travel carrier across New England, and the region’s main connection to New York City. Today, Peter Pan’s network of bus schedules features 2194 routes and the company runs about 1817 bus trips every day. Pros: Peter pan was good with what time the bus left. The station was good at bos and in nyc. Cons: More power outlets Better seats And maybe a definite stop halfway of the trip for bathroom break and food break.

Baltimore to New York

Pros: The trip going to New York was great. The driver was friendly and efficient. Cons: The trip coming back was concerning. The driver bypassed the Haines Street Baltimore bus terminal, stating the trip was to stop at White Marsh and DC. There were approximately 20+ people with tickets to Haines Street. WE were unsure where the miscommunication began, with the driver and or dispatch. The driver, eventually, turned the bus around and took us back to Baltimore, Haines street, after I asked a male rider to speak with the driver. Tips: Please confirm with the driver where the bus is going prior to getting on. IF there is a discrepancy, then the driver must discuss it with dispatch or customer service.
