Pros: The AC doesn’t work in the entire trip it was horrible because the only air that we receive it was from the emergency roof it was so hot. Cons: Check the bus before a trip and a good maintain.

Pros: I liked having the bathroom in the back and how smooth the ride was so people could rest. Cons: I think what could be improved is the space of seats after a few hours it does get a little uncomfortable but it’s a good deal. Tips: Just wear something comfy and come early so you don’t miss your bus, get good seats.

Pros: It was good that the driver stopped in the middle of the trip, so we were able to go and buy breakfast. Water was provided. Driver was ontime at the bus Stop. Cons: Internet (WIFI) was not provided in the bus, so that made our trip more difficult. Some seats had some damages and those need to be repaired/replaced. The bus was old. I was expecting to arrive to a bus station in Manhattan, but it was just a regular bus stop. It would good if you could provide the list of stops you will make in the road. Tips: I would suggest that you bring your own food.

Pros: Basic bus trip- was on time, pretty clean and the drivers were very nice. All in all, for the price- can't complain! Tips: Book earlier on for cheaper tickets.

Pros: Bus was extremely comfortable and the driver very accommodating. When he saw my difficulty in reaching the initial step into bus, he insisted we sit in the “handicap” seats directly behind him. Cons: Nothing, everything was fine.

Pros: Après un voyage avec Flixbus catastrophique, j'ai pris un bus pour Washington avec appréhension mais pas de mauvaises surprises tout s'est bien passé. Seule la circulation nous a fait prendre 40 min de retard. Je recommande. Cons: Seats allocation for more comfort. Tips: Arrivez tôt pour avoir un siège qui vous convienne. Premier arrivé, premier servi.

Pros: The bus left on time. Cons: I think improvement can come from when the bus driver and staff make a stop to let off passengers plz make an announcement on where we are some ppl don’t know landmarks and the states that well. Tips: Pay attention to your stop these buses make multiple stops and sometimes do not announce where you’re specifically at and it’s very easy to get off the bus and the wrong stop in the process.

Pros: Ourbus company unfortunately doesn’t have responsibility to their work bus came 2 hour late mostly waited in outside. Cons: Need to improve customer service skills as well.

There was no AC on the bus. It was a miserable ride temperatures were at 87 degrees at one point. We had to beg the driver to open up the ceiling vents for air and needed a rest stop so that we could breathe and cool down. Horrible!
