Pros: it had air conditioning. Cons: Bus drivers from and back were extremely late, one had a QR reader that barely worked that was beginning to blame me for my ticket not being read.

Pros: Straightforward, simple, cozy, easy to book. Cons: Waiting a couple minutes before time of travel. I was early but the bus immediately started once it was time to leave. Tips: Arrive early as stated. It will leave without waiting. Transportation vehicle might change but just ask if it’s your trip.

Pros: Neat bus with on time pick up and arrival. He was kind enough to stop for someone that almost missed the bus. I like simple act of kindness! Cons: Omggggg we were freezing in there. It was unbelievably COLD!

Pros: The bus driver was late snd the one before did not let us get on the bus even though it was cold outside and ppl had bags with them. He rushed and i was surprise he had to delay time by stopping for gas on the highway. Cons: Courtesy if being allowed to sit on bus while waiting for late driver or a small discount for troubles.

Pros: Excellent driver who was very helpful, pleasant and gracious. Cons: There didn't appear to be any water bottles as described in amenities. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Looks like someone peed beyond the bowl.

Pros: My route was non-stop, direct and to the location. Cons: Police or guard at the locations, especially during the fall and winter months due to the time change,. Tips: I usually take the train, but definitely will take Our Bus in the future!

Way too many people traveling alone but taking 2 seats with their bags. I asked multiple people to sit with them and they wouldn’t let me until I literally woke up this girl that was laying on 2 seats and she let me sit. The driver drove off before I could find a sit. The seats are so small that an average size woman can’t sit with an average size man without squeezing each other.

Pros: that I go there. Cons: The bus reeked of pee. There were no outlets to charge anything even though there said there was online. There was no mention that there was a drop off in Phili so was not expecting the added time. And the bus did not consider the Eagles game that was going on that night so we were stuck in traffic for over an hour. Tips: they were fine.

Pros: The driver, Mark was very friendly and helpful with my husband's mobility scooter and helping him break it down and placing it under the bus with the luggage. Cons: To mop the floors on the bus. My floor under my feet, were very sticky and nasty. Tips: Be careful on the last step of the bus prior to your feet hitting the ground if your mobility is a bit off, because my husband took a spill on to the sidewalk, trying to get off the bus.
