Austin is the capital of the Lone Star State and one of the best vacation destinations in Texas. Known as Texas’s “weird” city, Austin is famous for being the southern mecca for the arts. Midland is famous because of Interstate 20, a highway where millions of cars pass through every year. However, Midland is not just a city to breeze by. There isn't a shortage of transportation options at Midland, since it is located right at Interstate 20. There are shuttle services, taxis, and EZ-Rider buses running all over the city. Midland is served by the Midland International Air and Space Port – good luck booking a seat on a spaceship, though. You might have a better shot with ground travel like Tornado Bus and El Expreso Bus to travel from Midland to destinations throughout Texas and beyond.
