Cons: When I got my suitcase from baggage claim I could not find where I was supposed to get the bus. It was not clear if I was waiting for the Lamer bus to pick me up at the Amtrak shuttle pickup or not. I had to go back upstairs and ask information desk. They told me which exit to get to. As my plane was delayed and the confusion, I barely made it to the bus, being the last person to board. Tips: Head to Exit number two after collecting suitcases.
