Despite the failure of the first car, another one helped us out quite quickly. Older certainly but arrived in Ottawa 2 hours late. So the driver dropped us off in the city center. The incident was handled well.

Pros: On time and felt safe- Good driver. The price was good. Was ab le to get to my connecting bus without challenges. Cons: less wait time for my connecting bus. Travelled from Hamilton and had to wait about 1 and 1/2 hr for the Bus to Ottawa. Tips: Travel light. Follow the time alloted for the snack break or it delays the bus.
