Pros: I had a transfer in New Jersey and the second bus was really comfortable, fast and with air conditioning. The driver was a very nice lady. Cons: The first bus was very hot, no curtains and airconditioning blew the warm air.

Pros: The driver was friendly and the first leg of the trip was comfortable. Cons: The shuttle connection from Staten Island to Brooklyn was chaotic. The bus and shuttle were parked on opposite sides of a roadway with three lanes in each direction separated by a high median. We were instructed to get off the bus and transfer our own luggage across six lanes of traffic and a high median. The least they could have done was stop near a crosswalk so we could do so safely in the middle of the night. Tips: My advice to other travelers is to avoid this route entirely. I would urge them to just take the bus into the city to Port Authority or wherever the bus stops and make they’re way to Brooklyn. My Uber ride from the stop in Brooklyn took longer than, and cost more than my ride from port authority or the Our Bus stop in the city.
