Having someone organize the luggage could be helpful. A lot of passengers forget to move their luggage to the back so you have to push their bags back just to fit yours underneath the bus.

Power plug should be working. Seats should have seat belts. The bus should reach destination on time especially in the middle of the night. Keeping others waiting is bad. The driver must be changed. An angry and hot tempered driver is a risk for all travellers.

The driver was the rudest I ever saw in this route. He is not safe for the travellers as he got angry for many instances which were not appropriate. Power plugs were not working. Bus departed 4 minutes late and arrived 30minutes late at Baltimore.
