Pros: Customer service at Coachrun was very friendly and helpful with sending me a new ticket by email. I had deleted it by mistake... First driver was friendly and tried to make the riders comfortable. Cons: First driver was running about 30 minutes behind, which became 45 with the scheduled break stop. Second driver was a little rude when I asked him to open the door on the opposite side of the bus because my bag had rolled over there during the trip. He also drove a little more aggressively than he should have been. I was supposed to have two seats next to each other...one was available in front of me, but I didn't feel comfortable sitting my 2yr old away when I might fall asleep. Tips: Let the driver know exactly which seats you were assigned when you booked and if someone is there...Have them find them another seat.
