Pros: The fact that the bus left and arrived on time (even with a 10 minute break in the middle) was great. The seats were reasonably comfortable with adequate width and legroom. The air conditioning wasn't overly cool, which is something I feared based on reviews I read. Cons: The restroom was overly stinky. The etiquette of where to place belongings could have been stressed more to riders, as people left bags on seats when it wasn't clear they were empty yet. Tips: Don't put belongings on seats before everyone has boarded.

Pros: Bus was very clean and well maintained. On-time and even made a pitstop at a restaurant area / travel center. Cons: Received 6 emails and 3 texts notifying me the bus would be in slip #2. It was in slip #3. Tips: Always ask the driver which stops he is making and don't rely on the emails / texts to be accurate as to which slip your bus is in.

Pros: I Like that my driver drove with caution but still was on time during rush hours. Cons: There was no wi-fi and ppl were coughing and not covering mouths so maybe masks should be provided and enforced for travel at this time with a new outbreak. Tips: COVER YOUR MOUTH WHEN COUGHING/SNEEZING!

Pros: I like drivers very polite and friendly and I like toilets were clean with papers but need wet antibacterial napkins for hands after using the toilet, seats are comfortable enough to travel for long distance, air conditioning working good. Cons: Everything was perfect but I would like to propose drinking water for traveling people because I saw pregnant woman and children and old people and I think buses must have priority in traffic jams on roads same like police vehicles and ambulance vehicles. Tips: It's Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Maybe you can write some beautiful pictures inside cabin and outside windows! I am always happy to travel with you on your bus! Thank you! 😊👍.

Pros: The bus driver was excellent his performance was above the call of duty we got to Binghamton 1 hour late but we arrived safe on an inadequate bus , inspired of broken outside door on bus the driver was able to fix bus good enough to complete our trip.
