Pros: The train was clean and safe! I felt very safe the entire time which says a lot in today’s society. Cons: I think everyone wants more leg room but I think you guys have a pretty great set up! Tips: Bring snacks!

Pros: I love the fast and frequent service along the northeast corridor. Cons: The boarding process is a complete joke that human centipede of a cue is ridiculous and unnecessary it creates a hunger games atmosphere where people are frantic for seats and sizing up the other passengers trying to make their own determination if the train is oversold or not. Seat reservations will solve this. Give us customers peace of mind that we paid for a seat that is waiting for us regardless of how many other passengers it seems might be on our train. Very simple but Amtrak will not implement this policy because they do enjoy overselling certain trains because they can pack us in there. Capitalism at it's finest. Tips: If ever you were to see me out and about do not look at me do not ever speak to me and absolutely do not sit next to me. Safe travels.

Pros: The trip was fine. Cons: The train was late, there was confusion as to arriving in Lancaster. People were told train was not actually in Lancaster-people were standing until train had arrived.

Pros: Fast & convenient trip except that it was almost an hour late going to Philly. Cons: Passengers should be informed of the delay instead of us waiting for the departure time changes on the electronic board for a looong time. Tips: Crew/staff should inform passengerd of the delay, the cause of the delay and other relevant info to lessen the anxiety of the waiting passengers.

Pros: There was plenty of help to get me where I needed to be. I met lovely people and had wonderful conversations along the way! The time flew by. Cons: Could be cleaner. Tips: The stations are pretty straightforward. Signs are easy to follow.
