Pros The bus out was clean and comfortable. A little behind on time but good. Water was offered for those who wanted. Ride back was an old ricketty bus with uncomfortable seating. Very cold no WiFi but was on time Cons Newer cleaner bus from nyc and working WiFi also assistance with bag storage/retrieval beneath the bus as out is hard to reach especially for people with back problems or after an uncomfortable ride

Pros I love how fast and efficient the trip always is. The ride is always smooth and fast. Cons Someone complained that the bathroom was messy but I didn’t have to use it so I’m unsure.

Pros Location of departure was very convenient on both ends of the trip. Cons Help with retrieving bags from under the bus. I and a couple of other passengers had to literally crawl into the baggage compartment to retrieve baggage that had shifted to the far side of the compartment. Driver should have helped with this, though admittedly no.one asked him to help. All in all a pleasant trip.

Pros I liked that the bus was not crowded and the bus driver was very friendly because that's not always the case. Cons It was just a little too cold on the bus and we got to the destination over 1hr late. Tips Bring a sweater or a blanket. If someone have to pick you up ask them if you can keep them posted with an arrival time and track the location to where your going so they won't be waiting for you for a long time.

Pros I thought the driver was INCREDIBLE! I love driving. I thought this was a SUPERB driver. I'm sorry I forgot to leave him a very nice tip. Excellent job to the team at WanderU. The only thing that could have helped me a little more is a MORE PRECISE address & description for where to get on the bus. I stood in the wrong location for a while. I had to keep asking strangers questions to get it right. 🤪 Otherwise, a flawless enjoyable trip. Thank you Wanderu team!! 😃 Cons #1) A painstakingly detailed explanation of where to get on the bus. I stood in the wrong place. I had to keep pulling strangers over and asking them where to board. If I stayed where it was initially I would have missed the bus entirely. #2) a posted sign when you first get on the bus that "there is a 20-minute break at rest stop (name of rest stop). But the bus leaves PROMPTLY after that. So be careful to make sure you're on the bus before it leaves." I was sitting back in the bus. I didn't know what was going on. I saw people getting on. I never heard how long the rest was going to be or that people could go into the rest stop at all. That was not very cool.😭 #3) Working electrical outlets and free Wi-Fi would have made it a five-star (5⭐🤩) trip. Otherwise, a very enjoyable trip! !Thanks again, WanderU staff! 💯😃

Cons I think it would be best to make sure that drivers can have the vehicle pre-fueled before trips start. My driver had to stop and fill up the bus which made our final arrival time much later than expected. This was on the other way back from Boston to NYC. Tips N/A
