Pros: Good Driver showing on time. Faster driving with very few stops. Cons: Just be a lil more specific about pick up location ahead of time. Thank u. Tips: Good alternate choice when u dont feel like driving alone.

Pros: John the Driver and leaving on time. Cons: Telling passengers before travel that traffic might delay busses. Tips: The trip from LA to Vegas was slightly delayed but that was from an accident and had nothing to do with the service. The driver started on time and our break was timely.

Pros: At first we were confused because at the address that you gave us we did not see any bus but food establishments it's good that I have the idea to contact with the office. I rather suggest to inform passengers ahead on what to do when at the designated area. We were expecting to get a big bus however we are very comfortable on our way to our destination and we were 1hr ahead of time. The bus driver was so kind enough and I appreciate very much for helping us on our luggages. Cons: Inform passengers of the kind of transportation to be provided.

Pros: Not a lot of people on the bus and it was more personal. Cons: The air conditioning. Tips: Don't sit away in the back.The seats don't recline.
