Ottawa to Toronto

Pros: The bus was very clean a d comfortable. However I noticed that the washroom was extremely and unusually hot, the heat was directly from the engine. Probably there was some blockage or something else blocked some fresh air fdom entering. Otherwise the rest was nice leave alone the traffic jam nearing pioneer village. Kudos. Cons: The excessive heat in the washroom should be reduced. Also on this day there were no trash bags. What happened? Tips: None.

Pros: nice seats, enjoyed the single seating on the right side of the bus and that every seat had a charging port. Also enjoyed the 15% discount at Harvey's. The driver was super nice. Cons: n/a.

Red Arrow Cancellation Policy

Red Arrow tickets can be cancelled for a full refund, as long as tickets are cancelled with sufficient notice. For trips which depart in the morning (before 12:00pm), cancellations must be requested at least 30 minutes before departure. For trips which depart after noon, cancellations must be requested with at least 3 hours’ notice. To cancel your ticket, please call Red Arrow directly at 1 (800) 232-1958.

If you would like to simply reschedule your Red Arrow trip, you may do that also by calling Red Arrow. Exchanges or cancellations requested less than 3 hours before the bus’ departure time may be subject to a fee.

In addition to 24-hour assistance during your trip and coverage for lost or damaged baggage, trip protection can help you get your money back in case you need to cancel or change your trip at the last minute.
