About Red Arrow
Red Arrow was founded in 1979 to provide luxury bus travel to the Canadian province of Alberta. Red Arrow buses connect the most popular destinations in Alberta, including Calgary, Edmonton, and Lethbridge. Red Arrow's 443 routes serve 21 cities in total. Ticket prices depend on the length of the route, but the cheapest Red Arrow tickets cost SEK 206.30 and the most expensive cap out at SEK 1,683.88.
Red Arrow's high-end vehicles have several onboard amenities to make journeys more comfortable for passengers. These include complimentary Wi-Fi, onboard movies to enjoy via a pair of headphones, and power outlets. Passengers can also take advantage of free water, extra legroom, and restrooms. Snacks are available for purchase onboard, and you can pay with cash or credit card.

Pros All over awsime Cons All good Tips Good
Pros Comfortable with fewer stops. The single row ears and nice to have a cup of tea/coffee on route. Friendly, polite driver. Instructions regarding safety were clear. Tips The “Red Arrow Bus” was comfortable and the single row seats nice to have if you have/like to get up without disturbing the aisle passenger. Just follow directions and hold on to each seat handle when you do.
Pros Drivers were polite and informative and I felt safe riding; even on the snowing Merritt-Kelowna connector. I’ve advocated for this trip to all of my friends and family. It was a wonderful way to travel! Cons The closure on the 5737 bathroom door was finicky. I’m sure that me wrestling with it was annoying for the clients in the back. The coffee machine wasn’t working.
Pros Good price. Tips There is Wc in the bus.
Pros Kind driver Cons Just the place bus stopped to have brake. The washroom of the placecwas closed. It's two time I travel with your company and both times the restoration blocked the way to washroom, by chairs
Pros The bus was very clean a d comfortable. However I noticed that the washroom was extremely and unusually hot, the heat was directly from the engine. Probably there was some blockage or something else blocked some fresh air fdom entering. Otherwise the rest was nice leave alone the traffic jam nearing pioneer village. Kudos Cons The excessive heat in the washroom should be reduced. Also on this day there were no trash bags. What happened? Tips None

Red Arrow Bus Guide & FAQs
Yes, Red Arrow offers WiFi on their buses. Although most trips with Red Arrow will have WiFi as advertised, some buses might not come equipped with WiFi and onboard WiFi can lose its connection in rural areas. We recommend you bring a book or download a movie just to play it safe. Red Arrow WiFi is generally best used for surfing the web, checking emails and chatting with friends; you shouldn’t count on the WiFi to binge watch your favorite show.
Yes, there are power outlets onboard Red Arrow buses. You can generally find one or two sockets per row of seats, so be a good traveller and check if your seat neighbor might want to charge up their devices as well. With the onboard power outlets, you can charge both a computer and USB devices with a USB power adapter that typically comes with most phones and tablets.
Since Red Arrow might sometimes use replacement bus vehicles, not all trips are guaranteed to have power points. We recommend bringing a power bank to charge your phone for all trips over 2 hours, just in case.
On a typical day, Red Arrow has 599 scheduled bus trips in total. However, the exact departure and arrival times vary depending on the day and route. The best way to find the exact schedule for your trip is to use the search tool on this page.
No, Red Arrow does not offer will call tickets. You should purchase your tickets online and make sure you have everything you need to board before you arrive at the station.
Yes, Red Arrow requires you to present an ID to an agent to be allowed to board the bus. Make sure you have identification issued by a government agency that meets the carrier’s requirements. Alternative IDs, such as a college ID, won’t work.
Yes, there are bathrooms on Red Arrow buses. The bathrooms are pretty basic and include a toilet, toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Most bathrooms don’t have running water. As you will be using a bathroom on a moving vehicle, please use caution and hold on to a rail at all times.
Red Arrow provides snacks to satisfy your hunger during your travels. Be sure to pack a credit card and some cash in case you get hungry.
Your thirst is a priority for Red Arrow, and to make sure you are never parched onboard their bus, they offer free bottles of water. Just remember—the only right thing to do at the end of your trip is to make sure every water bottle is placed in a recycle bin to reduce your impact on the environment.
No printed tickets are needed to board Red Arrow buses. A Red Arrow agent will greet you with a passenger list and will mark off your name as you board. So simple!
Red Arrow goes the extra distance to deliver premium features to its customers.
Movies are provided during the bus trip to keep you entertained. Don’t forget to bring your favorite pair of headphones, as headphones are not always included on the bus. We recommend in-ear noise cancelling headphones due to their small size.
Do you find yourself squished in a regular seat or just love having extra room to sprawl out? Well you’re in luck as Red Arrow offers extra legroom seating. Since there is no standard of what extra legroom is, the extra space you get may vary between bus lines, but getting extra is always good.
