Pros: The staff. Cons: The overhead storage is small but the extra storage was not bad. Its located by the doors. The PA system on the train needs to be fixed. 1 of the trains I couldn't even understand what they were saying. It was going in and out. The step thing that you step on and off the train was a bit too low. I almost tripped getting off and on train. The bathroom cleanliness needs to be addressed. The seating were ok just not enough space for taller people. My son is 6'5 and I felt bad for him. Tips: Pay close attention. Pack lightly you will be traveling with your luggage throughout your trip.

The Santa Fe Depot is the main train station in San Diego and one of the end points of the Pacific Surfliner, the only Amtrak train line that serves the city. The station is also used by the Green Line of the San Diego Trolley light rail transit service and the COASTER commuter rail service that connects the city with the central and northern coastal regions of San Diego County. Opened in 1915, the Santa Fe Depot is famous for its Spanish Colonial Revival Style architecture and grand interior space that features natural redwood beam ceilings and ceramic details. The train station is located in the heart of Downtown San Diego, making it easy to reach from all parts of the city.
