Pros: I liked that the people were friendly. You could pick your own seat. It went like clockwork and I was a bit early. Cons: Not sure what could be improved except my seat would click every time I leaned back And the Wi-Fi was not working. Tips: Try not to have too big of a suitcase if there is no check-in bag service at your stops.
