Pros: The Train was fairly empty and there was plenty of space! Staff was incredibly nice. Cons: When buying my return ticket I didn't notice it had a transfer at union station until after I bought it. I think more specific advertisement would be helpful for people on the site. Bathroom on the train was pretty bad, hair on the sink, toilet full and trash on the ground. Considering its public transportation I understand that bathrooms aren't always perfect but that was the worst one I've seen so far. Tips: Pay attention to the specifics of your ticket and how long your transfer wait time is before buying your ticket. The Amtrak app is also helpful to scan your QR code ticket when on the train as well.
