Pros: One thing I like about this trip was the staff. They're always very friendly and very informative. Cons: This trip was on time but I have had multiple trips where Amtrak was not on time and I missed other trains. Also, the wifi is not that great and could be improved. Tips: Bring headphones or a book.

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and made my experience 1000x better. Cons: ideally- drinks or a cheaper ticket ... lol i love my savings and discounts. Also, the wifi didn't work which was slightly disappointing. Tips: If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask the staff.
