Pros: Easy to get to NYC for a wedding… Cons: Seating arrangements…we walked through many cars before the 3 of us were able to sit together. You should invent a way that we could see a lighted seating chart of vacant seats…like when a seat is taken that seat light would turn red…. Tips: In penn station people were already lined up for the track our train would be on before it was even posted…how did they know ahead which track?

Pros: Once we found room, we were able to play cards. Cons: There wasn't enforcement of the quiet car, or having folks move their things so others could sit down in a full train. Tips: If you need assistance, ask and ask early.
