Pros: Everybody told me that trains weren't big in America and it was all run down... Well I had a better impression! I have never met train staff anywhere that was so helpful! I had lots of bags and suitcases as I was moving in the middle of this crisis and I basically didn't even have to carry one single bag! Everyone was soo helpful and nice and there was always someone there to help with everything. Also the ladies at the Winterpark station were super nice and helpful! At the train station in Washington where I had a long stop for almost a day the staff gave me advice where I at least could take good photos. My seat was surprisingly comfortable. I didn't expect such a super comfortable space with room and a table for my laptop to work and so much leg space even for my handluggage to store. Everything was clean and well implemented. The food on the train was also good as there is a nice menu to choose from including breakfast and my favorite snack, milk and m&ms:) I am from Germany and I have never before had such a comfortable ride. What I also like is that the staff tells you over the speakers how long the next stop will be and if there is some time to go out and get some fresh air. Appreciate that very much. This is the comfort of what Germany used to be like years ago. Thank you!!! Cons: The only thing I'd say is to have WIFI on all trains. I had to take two trains, on the first I had great WIFI network but on the second there was none. I knew there could be some trains that don't have WIFI so it was okay but the ultimate goal could be to have it on all trains!:). Tips: If you have any problems carrying your luggage there is always someone to help you. The best thing is to book your ticket online in advance as prices will be much cheaper. Check your train if you will internet connection provided, if not, bring a book!:).
