Cons: Questionnaire is out of date asking about pandemic because it was declared pandemic was over. I am fully vaccinated regarding Covid 19, had the latest booster 3 weeks before the trip. Inside the waiting room for seniors it would be nice to have one of those boards listing the various trains and their departure time. Also, it would be handy to have consistently working wifi. I wanted to do some things that wifi was necessary. The information about the train indicates wifi is available. At this time that information should be deleted as one expects what the information provided. Ceiling of the car needs cleaning and there is a lot of ominous looking dust that can be seen when looking upward along the outer wall of the car and it could be harboring all kinds of germs to spread. I realize it cannot be routinely cleaned but looks as though it has been neglected for a very long time. Tips: If you have munchies keep them in a bag with you at your seat do not put into bag that goes in the overhead. Taking down bags from overhead while train is moving can bop another passenger in the head. Please keep phone conversation short, nobody wants to hear you drone on and on for an hour with a muppet voiced grandchild.
