Pros: Very comfortable and the staff was nice and friendly 5 stars to the people who work the concession stand with the food the service was excellent 👍🏼. Cons: I wish the seats were a lil more comfortable I have a bad back and I had to keep repositioning but other than that I love Amtrak and will always use it for travel.
