Pros: Direct from home to my kids; no transfers, and a smooth trip with no 'restbstops'. Tips: Yes. ONE TICKET, ONE SEAT. It was announced that it was a full train. The rudeness of leaving carryons on a seat so one does not have to share is very entitled, & should be grounds for early termination of travel.

Pros: The opportunity to sit back and relax. Enjoyed the quietness. Not dealing with air travel frustrations. Cons: The windows were so dirty that it was very difficult to enjoy the scenery. When the sun shined on them it became impossible to see put. That was very frustrating and upsetting because it defeated park of the allure of train travel. Wouldn’t be nice to be contacted by a customer service representative. Tips: No.

Pros: Very spacious, had a food cart and clean bathroom, so no worries there. Cons: Could be faster, but that's on the government. Tips: Get to the station early to figure out were the entrance is.
