Pros: Good people, our driver was also really nice. Cons: The porter was actively yelling at riders in the back, forcing them to fork over more money while people were getting on at Oakland. The chargers also were not reliable, as was the WiFi. Tips: Definitely bring a portable battery and personal hotspot if you're thinking of doing work.
