Pros: It went better than expected. The ride was smooth. Cons: We left later than expected, so perhaps that delay could be rectified for next next time. Tips: The experience was overall good. Arrive with paperwork in order especially if traveling internationally. Insurance was not really needed, so that would be a personal decision.

Cons: We were scheduled to be dropped off in Longueuil where our son in law was waiting for us. Instead, the driver drove directly to Montreal, did not stop in Longueuil and dropped us off in MTL. Our son in law had to cross the bridge, drive to center MTL and drive back to the south shore. Strange because the driver stopped at every other stops on the way from NY. Ramsey, Albany, Saratoga Spring, Glenn Falls, Plattsburg but not Longueuil. Apparently we were suppose to tell him that we were stoping in Longueuil. I did not see anyone asking to be dropped off at the other stations, it was an automatic stop, but not for Longueuil. Tips: Tell your driver where you are getting off, just to make sure.

Pros: La sympathie du chauffeur soliman. Cons: Quand j' ai fait la réservation on ne m'a pas précisé qu'il y avait un changement de bus donc il serait bien de le dire. Tips: Si vous voulez choisir votre place arrivé 1 heure avant et placé vos bagages dans la file d'attente.

The staff was so nice and since I don’t speak English on if the staff spoke my language and they helped me fill out my ArriveCAN and they was also so patient.
