Barons Bus Lines

Pros: I am not the best driver and tend to fall asleep while driving. Taking the bus lets me sit back, relax and go see my sister. Cons: I made a reservation to go from University of Cincinnati to Youngstown Ohio. UC was doing construction where the bus stop used to be. Right around the circle from the old bus stop is a bus stop that has a sign that says Baron Buses. When I looked up universes stop on your web site it said 40 West University Ave. so I was waiting there. I admit that I received a txt from Julie that I should pickup the bus at University and Jefferson. However the first time I read this message was when the bus was late. I began running up to Jefferson as soon as I read the message. I am almost to the bus stop on Jefferson when I see the Baron bus take off . I start screaming and waving at the bus driver who is at a stop light. He puts his hands his hands and then points forward and takes off. I call Julie and she says she will message the bus driver and have him pick me up.. The bus driver did not come back. This bus driver needs a lesson on customer service. Julie was very helpful. She should be complimented on her customer service. She even came onto my bus in Akron to make sure I made it on the bus. Thanks to Julie! By the way, on the trip back to UC the bus driver let me off and picked up other people at the bus stop on University Ave where the Baron Bus sign is. Also, the bus stop on Jefferson is a Metro bus stop and has no sign for Baron Bus. This is why I left my phone number. I should have been called to make sure I received message about bus stop change. Connection was horrible but ride was fine. Tips: Catch the Cincinnati bus at the Cincinnati terminal and don’t count on UC pick up.
