Bridgwater is a historic market town in the southern English county of Somerset. With a rich history and a festive spirit, many people come from all over Britain to visit this vibrant town.
Every November, this spirit flourishes when the town hosts the Bridgwater Carnival, Europe's largest illuminated procession of up to 100 brilliantly festooned carts and vehicles that parade through the town.

For those looking to enjoy some fresh air, take a walk up Burrow Mump to discover the ruins of a medieval church as well as a Second World War memorial.
