Pros: I liked that the vehicle was able to accomodate handicapped passengers, and that the trip was quiet and efficient. Cons: I don't have anything that could be improved. Tips: No.

Amtrak Northeast Regional

Pros: The convenience. Cons: I didn’t know how to get the train because the station building was empty and locked and I had never been there. Also, there were no empty seats because people seemed to want to be in them by themselves. I realize that these complaints are most likely the results of Covid. Tips: Don’t expect to get inside the station to ask questions or use the bathroom because it’s locked.
