Amtrak Lake Shore Limited

Pros: I have nothing to say because I didn't use the Amtrak. I booked Peter pan only to find out that you ticketed me for Amtrak. We went to complain that the bus was late only to be told that we didn't belong there. I don't understand how you would do something like that,changing our journey from bus to train. It was a very stressful situation for seniors like us.We had to look for an alternative. Cons: Be more vigilant ,I couldn't answer the questions so disregard the answers,I just want to get our predicament across. Tips: Cannot say,I didn't use it.
