Pros: The train ride, the staff on the train helped me with my 2 heavy luggage bags. Cons: The staff inside the train station. NO ONE helped me with my bags. The safety officer watched me struggle with my 2 luggage bags and didne even ask if i needed a hand. I ended up hurting myself in the process of getting my 2 luggage bags out of the station.
