Nottingham's primary bus stop is located on the north side of the Nottingham Railway and Tram Station, at street level. Several bus and coach lines pull up to shelters on both sides of Station Street for passenger boarding. Although there is no bus station building, the next-door railway station offers any amenities required, such as restrooms or dining. The bus station is about a 15-minute walk from Old Market Square in the centre of Nottingham, but there are several hotel options much closer than that.
