Pros the water bottles were a nice touch! and it was nice to stop at a rest stop for 15 min to grab snacks and take a bathroom break. Cons seats were a little cramped but there were plenty of empty seats so we could stretch out!

Pros Was very comfortable,clean,the only thing there was no outlet to charge our phone Cons Improvements the price,& outlets so u can charge ur phones, it was a long trip, so even if ur phone is charged, u have to keep in contact with with ur family to let them know everything is okay Tips Travelers, I would advise to book anytime wit Wanderu.

Pros I loved it. The driver was super knowledgable. I felt like he was a great driver. He was not super friendly but he was great at his job. A+++++. Cons I thought it was perfect. Tips Be kind.

Pros All the staff were friendly and helpful. The driver got us to NY with no issues. Even took us to a rest area that had multiple restaurants while we were on the way. Tips Arrive on time! because if they say they are leaving at 4:30, they’re pulling out of the lot by 4:31

Pros convenient departure and arrival points. Cons the staff at Washington union station check in spot was somewhat rude to us when we were trying to check our bags, unaware of the proper procedure. (no big issue, but unnecessary friction to first time users). The bus had no available water for passengers (as advertised), and the restroom has no lavatory or at least alcohol gel for hygiene. WiFi slow and intermittent. Two stops at rest stations for driver shifting, (quick ones though)

Pros The bus left on time and arrived in good time. Passengers were considerate and everything went smoothly. Cons The buses are all older, which is fine. They are decent and the cost is great so we know what we're getting.

Cons Clean trays off for buses with trays.

Pros We had a 30min delay due the initial bus did not have a/c. Worth the wait to get a bus w/ a/c. The man who checked us in, did so in advance, so we could readily board. Also, as I’m having to use a cane, he let me board 1st, so I could get a seat I didn’t have to walk to the back for. Very nice. Cons Wi-fi access Tips Bring a sweater as the a/c can get cold. They warmed it a bit after pit stop.
