Cons I was disappointed the WiFi was unavailable since I booked with Best Bus Prime due to the advertised free WiFi onboard. I was unable to do work I had planned to do on the bus ride
Pros Safe and comfortable Cons All good Tips All good
Pros It was really nice trip ,very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed nature Cons All good Tips Pretty good
Pros Bus had row of single seats. Cons They should be more realistic communicating the duration of the trip. They know about the construction around Lincoln Tunnel and should count on big delays there. Tips Don’t expect to arrive on time.
Pros Reliable and safe. Cons Make the bus stations stationary, rather than moving them.
Pros You left on time and got there on time. There was hand sanitizer in the bathroom and things seemed clean. Cons Serve nachos Tips No
Pros Very smooth ride, great staff Cons Wifi not connected Tips All great
Pros No complaints Cons Nothing I never have a problem Tips Make sure you use and have all your own things
Pros I truly enjoyed the ride Cons Seat covers for bathroom
Pros I like having the option to sit alone in the single seats row.
Pros I particularly like that Best Bus Prime offers a row of single seats! Cons I have no suggestions.
Pros Value and convenience Cons Trip signage at the NYC pickup location. There were two buses there and passengers and nothing to indicate which one was heading to DC
Pros very good driver and pleasant trip overall i liked having a rest stop to get some food
Pros Seats were very comfortable. Also had single seats available. Cons Drivers need to pay attention when someone on board is talking on phones the whole ride to union station disturbing others. Tips Bring headphones to listen to videos. Be considerate of others sitting near you, having loud conversations on phone without headphones for the whole 5hr ride.
Pros Comfortable and efficient way to travel. Cons Keep up the good service. Tips Prime bus service is worth it.
Pros I like to ride best bus.. everytime I travel, I choose best bus.. I felt safe and comfortable.. Cons I don’t think so.. Tips I don’t know..

BestBus Prime Cancellation Policy
BestBus Prime tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. However, you can place your reservation “on hold” and receive a BestBus travel credit for a future trip, as long as you do so more than 24 hours before the coach is scheduled to depart. To place your reservation on hold, go to BestBus’ website to look up your reservation, and you will have the option of rescheduling your trip or placing the trip on hold. Once your ticket is on hold, you will receive a travel credit which can be used to schedule a new trip with BestBus up until a year after your original purchase date.
BestBus Prime tickets can be easily changed online by following the same process. There is no fee for changing your ticket, but a difference in price would be charged if you exchange your trip for a more expensive ticket. Any changes must be submitted at least 24 hours before the coach’ departure time.
Wanderu also offers an affordable trip protection option by Allianz Global Assistance that you can purchase when booking your tickets. In addition to 24-hour assistance during your trip and other benefits, trip protection can help you get your money back in case you need to cancel or change your BestBus Prime booking. You may file a claim to be reimbursed if you do not travel on your coach trip due to covered reasons such as extreme weather, illness, or required work shifts.
BestBus Prime Coach Guide & FAQs
Yes, BestBus Prime offers WiFi on their coaches. Although most trips with BestBus Prime will have WiFi as advertised, some coaches might not come equipped with WiFi and onboard WiFi can lose its connection in rural areas. We recommend you bring a book or download a film just to play it safe. BestBus Prime WiFi is generally best used for surfing the web, checking emails and chatting with friends; you shouldn’t count on the WiFi to binge-watch your favourite show.
BestBus Prime provides both regular power sockets and USB outlets on board their coach trips. This helps to ensure your electronics never run out of power. Your laptop can be juicing up while your phone stays charged as well. Of course, even with all these options, it’s possible that a BestBus Prime vehicle might have an issue with its power supply, so to cover that situation bring a charged power bank.
On a typical day, BestBus Prime has 8 scheduled coach trips in total. However, the exact departure and arrival times vary depending on the day and route. The best way to find the exact schedule for your trip is to use the search tool on this page.
No, BestBus Prime does not offer will call tickets. You should purchase your tickets online and make sure you have everything you need to board before you arrive at the station.
Yes, BestBus Prime requires you to present an ID to an agent to be allowed to board the coach. Make sure you have identification issued by a government agency that meets the carrier’s requirements. Alternative IDs, such as a college ID, won’t work.
Yes, there are bathrooms on BestBus Prime coaches. The bathrooms are pretty basic and include a toilet, toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Most bathrooms don’t have running water. As you will be using a bathroom on a moving vehicle, please use caution and hold on to a rail at all times.
No printed tickets are needed to board BestBus Prime coaches. A BestBus Prime agent will greet you with a passenger list and will mark off your name as you board. So simple!
BestBus Prime goes the extra distance to deliver premium features to its customers.
Films are provided during the coach trip to keep you entertained. Don’t forget to bring your favourite pair of headphones, as headphones are not always included on the coach. We recommend in-ear noise cancelling headphones due to their small size.
Do you find yourself squished in a regular seat or just love having extra room to sprawl out? Well you’re in luck as BestBus Prime offers extra legroom seating. Since there is no standard of what extra legroom is, the extra space you get may vary between coach lines, but getting extra is always good.
