Pros: The reclining seats are really comfortable. The spaciousness is a plus. Cons: OMG not a single outlet from the back of the bus to the front seat was in working condition. My cellphone practically died. That was not the case on my trip going to Dallas. The problem was on my return bus.

Pros: Driver was very helpful and informative. Seats were comfortable but a bit close for non-together travelers. Cons: The bathroom maintenance. It was not clean and would not flush. The driver was aware. Tips: It is a comfortable enough trip to sleep on and feel safe. However, it’s not good for sharing spaces if full. Bathrooms are not always maintained, but there are enough stops to use outside restrooms. Overall:OK. Staff is quite helpful and courteous.

Pros: Punctual and clean bus. Cons: The driver Julio was really rude, I was at the bus stop and I did not know how to find my QR code, so I asked him if it was a app, or on the website, he was extremely rude saying I will not get on the bus if I did not have the ticket, and I said I had and showed him my purchase, but I did know where to find the QR code if he could help me, he just ignored me and said that I would not go on the bus. Also, he asked me where I was going to get off and I said Naples, and he was like " where in Naples? " and I answered " the red coach stop " and he made fun of me saying I did not where I was going to get off. Other people also complained about his rude answer and impatience. Hopefully the company can improve their staff.

Horrible heat in the bus room and the electricity sockets did not work. The bathroom was disgusting

Pros: The 6:30pm pickup in Houston was delayed four hours due to the original driver calling out. The backup driver was exceptionally good, but the trip was four hours late. Cons: The customer service staff were not able to share any information about the third party bus except that it was a silver van. There were many silver vans that stopped and passed by during the hours I waited. Tips: Beware using Red Coach. They seem to struggle with information and reliability.
