VIA Rail

Pros: It was a brand new train, very clean. It was not even half full. The back of the seat was very high, very comfortable. The space for legs were big. It was so cheap. The services at Ottawa station & on the train were excellent. Staff were very nice. I really enjoyed the trip. Great experience. Cons: Can we have a free tea or coffee on the train? I ordered a tea. It was $3. I only had cash. But they took cards only. It was so embarrassing. Tips: Get the train station at least 30 minutes early. The check-in started 30 minutes before the train departure.
