Pros: There was a staff person at the station who gave good info about the schedule. It was very nice to see the changing leaves and the amazing graffiti art. It's very convenient to have an electrical outlet right at my seat. Most of all it's great to not have to drive. Cons: When you are coordinating bus rides and airline flights, the schedule is very important, so being more on time would be more helpful. Also having maps inside the train cars would be informative and visually pleasing.
