Pros: I am incredibly thankful for the kind worker who assisted me with getting on the train. Without them I would have completely missed my train. Cons: I wish there was an easier way to hear what the announcer was saying on the train. Sometimes the sound was too muffled by the train noises for me to properly hear what was being said so I had to cross my fingers and hope they didn't say my stop. Tips: Make sure you know everything you can about your trip--what direction you're moving in, what other trains will be arriving at similar times, etc.. Because otherwise you might overthink things when your train comes and think "is that my train or is that another one that comes right before mine?".
