Pros: Pretty spacious seats, I sat in the quiet car and it stayed relatively quiet. Cons: N/A. Tips: Definitely try and get a seat in the quiet car if you want as much noise reduction as possible if you have to work on something.

Pros: The staff was very helpful. Since I am handicapped, they helped me every step of the way. Will travel again by train. Cons: I think in NY, they need to have better signage to let travelers know where to get a taxi. Tips: Make sure you ask where to get a taxi.

Amtrak Keystone Service

Pros: The Amtrak train was nice and clean and left on time. The train crew was nice to me. Cons: The greyhound bus was 30 minutes late. The driver didn’t even apologize. I had to wait 35 minutes in the cold. Tips: Amtrak is better since there is no traffic on the rail. It may cost a little bit more but it is worth it. They leave on time and speak clearly to the passengers.
