Pros: They left on time We made a stop for 15 minutes Got back on the road and arrived right on time. Cons: The drivers could learn more English so he can call out the different destinations.

Pros: The bus stop in Manhattan very nice and easy, and very close to my hotel. The arrival and departure time very good, in time and helpful people. Cons: The van who pick me up in Newport News on the way to take the bus in Virginia Beach was very late (45min) and no professional. We call him several times and he said many times he is gonna be there in 5 minutes but at the end we waited for 45min in the cold in a dark parking lot… I was not happy about that experience.

Pros: I have traveled in emergency cases with the Chinese bus and the pass I came upon this one by mistake it was definitely the best mistake I’ve ever made in my life the bus was clean it didn’t smell the bus driver was very nice I love this company I will travel with you again thank you so much for the experience. Tips: They definitely should be a place to wait inside in Manhattan because it’s cold outside and raining.

Pros: The price and the cleanliness' of the bus. Also like the guy who checked you in at the station. He was very professional and helpful. Cons: The bus driver was very rude and unprofessional. He was already over 30 minutes late picking us up in NY. He arrived at 4:45 however, he got off the bus to take a 10-minute personal phone call. We didn't pull off until 5pm. In addition, after we finally pulled off, he made several phone calls and spoke extremely loud on his phone about how bad the condition of the bus was and he would never drive it again. Majority of the passengers where just shaking there head at his comments. He was just loud and obnoxious. We arrived in Virginia Beach at 1:30A.M we were supposed to arrive at 11:00PM. When we asked if the shuttle buses were going to arrive since he was late his reply, "I do not work for the company, I just drive the bus" and pulled off to go to Norfolk. The shuttle buses eventually came after we waited for over 15 minutes. Tips: I would recommend using SprinterBus for future travel; however the drivers need customer service training.
