Greyhound

Pros: We left Louisville late from the greyhound station. The bus arrived on time; Passengers boarded a bit late. Did not matter, we arrived in Detroit approx. 20 mins. early. Our driver was excellent. Politely, he told us someone's radio was up to loud. Unknowingly my earphone had fallen out, and it was disturbing to my fellow passengers. I corrected that right away. I apologize. Only 2 complaints: the passenger that sat next to me from Louisville to Cincinnati left trash in the back of the seat in front of us. I had no way of deposing the cup/can and glasses. These items were not in my way, just bother me that it was left. Young man sitting behind me was rather rude, spoke on the phone from Louisville to Detroit, profanity and every now loud laughter. loud enough for the passenger behind him and across from him and myself. I knew not to say anything to him, he did not have a disposition to ask politely to lower his voice. I did not want to bother the driver with this nonsense. I don't believe the drive heard him. Overall, I was satisfied with greyhound services. I will probably ride again. Our driver was excellent! Cons: Update the buses. The bus I rode on the way to Louisville was cramped, too many customers, and the seats were uncomfortable. (I am 5ft4). The bus from (03/05/2022) Lexington to Louisville was larger, the seats comfortable and ample leg room. Tips: Arrived on time to the station. Return on time from layovers. Listen to the drivers. Keep the theatrics at home. Don't be rude to your fellow passengers or drive. Keep your garbage to yourself.
