Pros: The driver was respectful and the bus wasn't over packed or crowded Cons: Do not assign seats. I'm a plus sized person and the seat next to me was assigned to another plus sized person luckily the bus wasn't full and we didn't have to squeeze in those seats together. Improve on your outlets not everyone has a USB cord. Ensure the outlets are functional. I had to transfer in DC and although that bus was spacious the outlets didn't work and I was unable to charge my phone Tips: Pay attention to the driver's announcements because they do not wait for anyone
