I think y'all had another train coming straight at us at the same time. That was wild. Caused us to sit on the tracks at a standstill for 2 hours

Cons: The train was 2 hours delayed, with no word on when it would arrive from staff , when I got an Uber and went to the airport. I never boarded this train, and had no reason to believe it was going to arrive. Tips: I would not depart from this Alexandria station--at least not on the train heading to Chicago. The staff didn't seem at all surprised that it still hadn't arrived 2 hours later.

Cons: The ticket taker saw that we had two large pieces of luggage, yet then assigned us seats at the far end of the car instead of giving us seats near where luggage is stored so we could keep an eye on it. We were some of the first to board, so that could easily have been done. Tips: If you have large luggage that won't fit in the overhead bins, ask for a seat assignment near the space large luggage is meant to be stored.

Pros: Very Quiet Commute No Loud Boisterous noises nor outburst. Cons: That our lay over for trains to pass be more time earlier to prevent lateness’s. Tips: Be patient an Amtrak Will be there to pick you up.

Pros: The staff interacted well with my children and we were able to board earlier to ensure the seats were all close to each other. Cons: We rode Coach class into DC and Upgraded to Business Class for the ride home. There was no clear difference other than the amount of money I spent.. and a free soda. Tips: If you can .. sit in the cafe area.. you can sit with your family and play games.

Pros: Liked the friendly staff and spacious seating. Cons: Indianapolis train station could be cleaner. Tips: Wifi is onboard but you won’t be able to watch videos. Staff is very friendly. Seat was spacious. The Indianapolis trains station is dirty and a little scary so be aware.

Pros: Moynihan train station was gorgeous, brand new and easy to navigate; the tide itself was clean, spacious and very comfy; the conductor was very nice. Cons: None that I could think of.

Pros: There was heat and wifi. Cons: Explain to me why I am sitting in the middle of cornfields, not moving, for over 3 hours. Also, improve the quality of the speakers. Once we were 2 hours into being stopped, they finally spoke over the intercom and no one could understand what they were saying.
