I like the how roomy the seat area was and that we made it on time

Pros: Seat, spacious, view, train temp, price, comfort. Cons: Nothing on the company's end. Tips: Enjoyable ride. Just ensure you do not sit near someone hacking up phlegm the whole way.

Pros: The space and freedom, cleanliness too. Cons: Overall train time.

Pros: My ride was smooth an u can relax all the way home. Cons: Bathroom need more cleaning. Tips: U gone love the ride,eat ,drink the whole time u ride.

Pros: We bid for a roomette and won our bid it was lovely and quiet, the meals were great and toilets better than coach. Cons: Removing toilet from room and making seats slightly wider. Tips: Worth bidding for a roomette or if you have the money pay for a roomette on a long journey.

Pros: This was a day couples trip. 2 of the 4 was their first ride on Amtrak. It was very relaxing to ride and chat without worrying about driving. Cons: I would bring a pillow, a blanket, and snacks. Tips: DO IT!! This is an awesome one day trip.

Pros: I felt safe and secured. Cons: Nothing. Tips: Just sit back and enjoy the ride.

Pros: Time ,price,and comfortable seat. Cons: Customer service . Tips: None.

Pros: Concern for my safety getting on and off on the at the beginning and end of my trip. Also helpful finding the bathroom and dining car. I was very happy and told everyone I know what a great trip it is. Cons: Bathroom could have been a little better but when you have multiple people I know it’s hard. Tips: Include a small blanket and pillow for comfort on a long trip.

Pros: Very good price and I was able to change my stop while I was on the train because I found that the new stop was closer to where I was going. Cons: Better scheduling of all trains( passenger and freight trains on the tracks that are available. Tips: Pack well.

Pros: Sitting next to nice people!! Cons: Timings. Tips: Just be careful of surroundings.

Pros: That I made it home safely. Cons: Never put a person near a smelly bathroom. I had to wear my mask. I was put in a corner seat facing a wall, and the passage doors kept opening every time the train hit rough spots! Tips: If you have a sensitive stomach, don’t sit near the bathrooms! Move.

Pros: I had an outlet right next to my place, had good leg room and it’s a beautiful drive through VA. Cons: Timing, we were 1 hr late and I didn’t know why. I had my music going but it would’ve been nice for staff to go above and beyond since to accommodate for this. Tips: Pack a water bottle.

Pros: I loved the convenience of not having to drive and find a parking spot. Cons: None. Tips: Enjoy.
