Pros: The bus has to be replaced. It's very unsafe, and you can't see out of the window. It was raining and the roof was broken. Water was falling on it. They have to replace it. Cons: Improve while waiting, they smoke a lot and there is nowhere to sit. We are humans, not animals. I had just arrived from an international flight and was very tired. It was impossible to rest with so many people in a Small place. Tips: Arrive on time and don't pack so much luggage into such a small place.

Pros: Left on time and arrived on time. Cons: - Less fighting on the bus. There was an actual physical altercation on the bus (in the driver’s seat) once the bus arrived in Albany. There were also multiple arguments with the conductor at the start of the trip in New York City. - More control over the quality/behavior of passengers on board. Tips: Be prepared for anything and everything to happen.
