Pros: It was good considering it was just after a hurricane. Cons: Bus was far too cold. Tips: For the money it was a pretty good value.

Pros: Bus was on time, driver was friendly and professional. I’ve never travel on a bus of this size before. The seats are a bit small, but reasonable. The bathroom seem clean, but I didn’t use it. Cons: Better seats, more leg room. Tips: If traveling with backpack or large pocketbook, consider storing them below, you will need to sit it in your lap if not which isn’t conducive for a long trip.

Pros: I liked the speed in which we got to Tampa. The bus ride was about 5 hours, only 30 minutes longer than if I would have driven myself. Another plus was the price and comfort compared to a rental car. There were outlets and wifi on the bus, as well as air conditioning to keep cool. Cons: I have zero complaints. Tips: I suggest selecting and securing your seat. Bring a sweater, headphones and/or a book and enjoy your ride.

Pros: That I did not have to drive. Cons: The temperature. The shabbiness. Not helpful staff. Coach buses are like five star luxury comfort vehicles with stewardesses and tvs overseas. I was shocked to board this. It was extremely hard for me to crawl under the bus luggage space to retrieve my suitcase. It was like a joke. I told the driver I was unable to. He said I had no choice. I made several attempts until I finally got under the crawl space. It was like a paralel universe experience. Sitting way in the back. Had no idea what the wifi password was. And i was not going to ask grumpy. Tips: Bring lots of blankets.

Pros: I like the convenience of pick up location at Miami airport. Cons: Serving water. Tips: Yes a person on other seat was happy with his trip and shared his experience with me.

Pros: The driver was friendly and kept us posted the whole time! He was a great communicator!! Cons: The seats are pretty uncomfortable. Tips: Be aware that the bus could be at a different bus stop and there’s no relation between the ticket number and the bus number!

Announcing of stops-a few of us were going to Miami International Airport. The coach went to Fort Lauderdale Airport & the driver indicated for passengers to get off. There was no indication that this was not the Miami International Airport until we were off the bus. We had to figure out how to get to Miami International Airport.
