Pros: It was a smooth and comfortable trip. All of the workers on the train were helpful except one. Cons: We were treated very rudely by the first person we met when we got on the train in Martinez. She seemed to be angry at us and was not helpful with our luggage. Tips: Amtrak is a great way to travel.
