Pros: Very comfortable and spacious. I wish the stairs to go to the second floor was a bit wider so I can take my carry on with me. I had a computer in it so I didn't want to leave it in the storage room. Cons: Have Clorox wipes available for people who want to wipe down the chair and tray. Internet was not good. It went in and out.
