Amtrak City of New Orleans

Pros: I am handicapped and I was greeted as I boarded and sat on the bottom floor which was wonderful and even when I had to go to the top floor on my return trip to Kankakee I was helped in every way possible the staff was just amazing I am looking forward to a another adventure involving Amtrak thank you. Cons: If I had to pick something that could be improved it would be the accessibility of restrooms for the handicap on each floor. Tips: Yes go prepared to be spoiled they treated me better than a lot of people are treated by their own family thank you Amtrak staff!
