Amtrak Northeast Regional

Pros: 1. The train was on time; clean and spacious for personal belongings. Cons: I would have loved the pandemic safety measures to be enforced. Quite fortunately for me though, most passengers in my coach wore nose masks and displayed consciousness for safety measures voluntarily. No officials came around at all to enforce rules. Tips: Come on! The train is a great way to travel; no delays at all.

Amtrak Northeast Regional

The agent at the New Carrollton station was wonderful. He asked what help we needed with luggage and suggested a later train that would get us to our destination on time but would go directly to the Newark Airport instead of the train station (which would have required a second trip to the airport). Also the conductor on the train told us when we needed to get ready for our stop and helped us off with our luggage. Both gentlemen were very friendly, helpful, and professional.
